To find out if an item is available, enter the key words that describe it in the search engine; for example, a short red shirt, black women’s trousers, etc. The search engine will display a list of all relevant hits.
If you already have the item with you, you can look for it in the online store by entering the 6-digit code, which you will find sewn inside the item, in the search engine.

We would kindly like to warn you that items in our on-line store are sometimes sold out quicky so all the information about their availability is of a merely informative nature. You will be informed about item availability after you are done with shopping and as soon as we process your order and confirm it with the e-mail (status 'order confirmed and sent'). If the item size is displayed in grey in the online store, this means the item is not available neither in the on-line store nor in any of our physical stores.

If your order includes a special offer with multiple items (for example, 3 for 2), it can happen that one of these items is not available. If this occurs, we will let you know and remove all the items from this special from your order. The other items will be delivered normally, in the way you have selected.

The size guide can be found on every individual page of the item, to the right of an individual photo, by clicking Size guide. If you are still not sure which size would suit you, contact our customer service by calling 080 45 44 (from Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00) or by using the contact form.

To create a wish list, you must first sign in or register. Click on the heart icon on the page of an individual item next to the button Add to bag and select the option Create a new wish list. You can create multiple wish lists and always access them at the top right corner of the website by clicking on the heart icon, where you can also edit and rename them (Change your wish list name) according to your desires and needs.

After you create a wish list, you can add items to it. Please select an item you would like to add to your wishlist, click the heart icon and choose the wishlist you would like to add the item to.

You can share your wish list with your friends via e-mail by entering your friend's e-mail address and selecting Send wish list. To delete a wish list, select Delete this wish list.
