• HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE?

    To find out if an item is available, enter the key words that describe it in the search engine; for example, a short red shirt, black women’s trousers, etc. The search engine will display a list of all relevant hits.
    If you already have the item with you, you can look for it in the online store by entering the 6-digit code, which you will find sewn inside the item, in the search engine.

    We would kindly like to warn you that items in our on-line store are sometimes sold out quicky so all the information about their availability is of a merely informative nature. You will be informed about item availability after you are done with shopping and as soon as we process your order and confirm it with the e-mail (status 'order confirmed and sent'). If the item size is displayed in grey in the online store, this means the item is not available neither in the on-line store nor in any of our physical stores.

    If your order includes a special offer with multiple items (for example, 3 for 2), it can happen that one of these items is not available. If this occurs, we will let you know and remove all the items from this special from your order. The other items will be delivered normally, in the way you have selected.
