- WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
The order can be delivered to the address you select, to the selected Gap store (Citypark, Emporium) or Galerija Emporium and to a selected GLS Parcel Locker. The delivery is always limited to the country (website) from which you order.
Delivery to the post office box is not possible.
- DO YOU DELIVER TO A PARCEL LOCKER OR A PARCEL SHOP?
Yes, you can also pick up the order in a GLS Parcel Locker or a GLS Parcel Shop. The delivery service GLS will send you a notification via SMS that the package is ready and will be delivered the next business day. In the same message you will also receive the package number, the link, and the password for checking the delivery status, change the delivery date or forward the package to another address, to a GLS Parcel Locker or a GLS Parcel Shop.
You can pick up the order in one of more than 50 GLS Parcel Lockers, which are open 24 hours a day. You can also pick up the order in one of the 500 GLS Parcel Shops – contract agencies (Petrol, OMV, 3DVA, Delo Prodaja, Big Bang, etc.). - DO YOU OFFER DIRECT DELIVERY TO A PARCEL LOCKER?
Yes, you can choose direct delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker. Direct delivery to a GLS Parcel Locker costs €4 incl. VAT.
- HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
- Delivery to a selected address costs €4 incl. VAT.
- Delivery to a selected parcel locker costs €4 incl. VAT.
For all orders of €20 or more we offer free delivery.
- WHEN WILL THE ORDER ARRIVE?
You can expect your order at the selected address or in the selected Gap store within 1-3 business days.
- HOW DOES DELIVERY TO A SELECTED ADDRESS WORK?
When the order is ready, the GLS delivery service will send you a notification via SMS (it is, therefore, important that you specify your mobile number on which you are available) that the package is ready and will be delivered the next business day. With the SMS notification you will also receive the package number, the link and the password for checking the delivery status, change the delivery date, or forward the package to another address, to a parcel locker or a parcel shop.
- WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DELIVERS ORDERS?
Your order will be delivered by the GLS delivery service.
- HOW DO I TRACK THE ORDER?
You can keep track of the status of your order in the section My account – Order.
- WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT THE SELECTED ADDRESS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If you are not at the selected address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notice with all the necessary contact details. You can call the courier and agree on a new delivery date.
- HOW DOES IN-STORE PICKUP WORK?
If you choose store pickup, we will send you an e-mail and an SMS notification when the order is ready to be picked up. A delivery point will be displayed in a prominent place in the store where you will pick up the order without waiting. To pick up the package, you need your personal document and order number. You can always inquire about the order pickup with our consultants in the store.
- HOW LONG WILL THE ORDER WAIT FOR ME?
The order will wait for you for 10 days in the selected store.
- CAN MY ORDER BE PICKED UP BY SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, your order can be picked up at the store by a third person. They should tell the store cashier the name of the buyer and the number of the order, and show on the mobile phone screen the e-mail message or an SMS notification (forwarded by the buyer) that the order is ready for pickup. Then, they show their personal document and sign the package pickup.
